The room rate is $99.00 per night, plus 9% tax. Each attendee needing a hotel room please make these room reservations no later than January 16, 2013 to hold this rate. Say you are attending the Northeast Pasture Consortium Annual Conference.
A discounted parking fee of $5.25 per vehicle is being offered to day-commute Consortium members. Overnight guests get a $10.00 per vehicle discount for 24-hour parking. Please bring parking tickets in to be stamped at the Consortium's registration desk.

- November 2011 News Update of the Northeast Pasture Consortium attached. It gives the complete details about the 2012 Annual Meeting being held on January 25 and 26 at the Century House in Latham, NY just north of Albany. The full agenda begins on page 2, column 2. On page 9, there is a registration form for the Annual Meeting. Poster paper instructions and deadlines for submitting titles and abstracts starts on page 4, bottom of column 1. Poster paper details are also attached. Register early at the hotel if you want to get a room in the same facility as the conference rooms. We have made arrangements for the overflow people to go to a sister hotel across a parking lot from the Century House. We also encourage you to register early with us as well so that we can better plan the annual meeting. Following our Annual Meeting, the Winter Green-Up Grass-Fed Beef Conference will be held at the Century House on January 27 and 28. The news update covers this conference's agenda and speakers so that you can make plans to stay after our annual meeting if the conference strikes your interest.
